Every time we have impact from the sun either from a coronal hole or flare, animals die off, weather increases in extremes, the earth shakes, volcanoes blow, rogue waves occur, strange sounds occur, and fireballs are more seen as well.
When the magnetic field has a solar storm, we see the northern lights. Power outages occur as well. It’s been awhile since Colorado has seen the lights.

The sun rose on NY with a solar storm occurring. Later in the morning, power was going out on the West coast. Transformer fires are common during solar storms, along with arching, and visible power surges along power lines.
“New York City was hit with outages at 6 a.m., followed by an outage in Los Angeles, and San Francisco later in the morning. Officials have announced that the the San Francisco outage was caused by a substation fire.”
